DESCRIPTION:Rayne walks around on her toes a lot and holds her head high, due to her small stature. Rayne is also incredibly expressive when she talks, often pulling weird faces and using her hands to explain herself. Her ears turn bright red when she's embarrassed and she blushes very easily. She has indents on her fingers from playing the harp and is often seen with s dreamy look on her face when she walks down the corridor. Her laugh is incredibly infectious and she scrunches up her nose when she's concentrating, a trait she inherited from her mother. She is often seen humming or whistling when she's in a good mood.

GENERAL PERSONALITY: Rayne is generally a very happy-go-lucky, bubbly girl. A bit of a klutz and very tomboyish, she loves to pull pranks on her older brother and fellow students, but never acts maliciously. As well as the more boisterous part of her personality, Rayne is motherly by nature and will always support those in emotional distress. Her ability to see the good in all is both a blessing and a curse, she helps those who are socially outcast learn to love themselves but often falls into bad relationships and toxic friendships. She is extremely close with her family, particularly her younger sister and father, and is endlessly loyal to them and her friends. However she often blames the plights of her loved ones on herself even if she was not directly involved and has low self-belief in her capabilities though she tries to remain optimistic and put on a brave face.

Character History: Rayne Amelia Thundersleigh was the second child of Sophie and Everett Thundersleigh born on the 10th of May 1988. Everett was formally a Death Eater and had fought beside Lord Voldemort out of fear for his new family's well being, before betraying the Dark Lord and fleeing with his wife and young son to Scotland. The family remained in an old country manor- somewhat aptly named Darkmoor House until Rayne's birth, after Everett was trialed and pardoned due to his deteriorating mental health and betrayal of the Dark Lord. After Voldemort's "death", Everett suffered badly from PTSD and had frighteningly realistic night terrors about the atrocities he was forced to commit. Phoenix and Rayne would often hear their mother trying to wake him up when he was having a really bad one. After the trail, the family moved to Godric's Hollow as it was Sophie's home town and a better place to raise the children than a dusty old mansion. Despite her father's pardoning, The Thundersleigh's had gained a reputation and people would often write them hate filled mail or avoid Sophie when she was walking down the street.
Rayne was a curious and sweet little girl who love her father dearly and didn't understand why people treated him so cruelly. She grew interested in classical music from a young age, much to her musical mother's joy, and began learning how to play the harp when she was 7. A heavily pregnant Sophie was more than happy to tutor her and she had her first official performance a few days after her 8th birthday. Wren Louisa was born shortly after Rayne's concert and she immediately began to dote on her younger sister. She was one of the only people who could get her to settle down to sleep and Wren's first word was "Sissy".
Everett is currently recieving therapy and is in semi-permenant care at St. Mungo's after a mental breakdown when he discovered that Phoenix was being bullied at Hogwarts due to his father's previous allegiance to Voldemort. The family visit him often and Rayne always brings her harp with her when they go to visit him.
