There are two uses to this board! The first is for you to adopt a character without writing out the history. There will be member character adoptions and a 'most wanted' canon adoption list both in this board, and all you need to do is reply to the specific adoptable that you'd like to adopt (insert character name) and achieve the creator's permission. The second is for posting your own adoptables (family members of your characters, villains, or even just random character ideas you don't want to play yourself) and hopefully giving them away to a nice home!
If you're adopting a character, the rules are simple. Reply to the adoptable with a request for adoption and the creator will either accept or deny it. It's up to the person who created it. If you are accepted, you don't need to make a new application. Simply make a new account and reply to the thread with the name of the new account, and that will be Sorted as the adopted character.
If you're creating an adoptable, all you need to do is make a new thread. The template is exactly like the character application, and you will need to fill it out for the entire character. The Founders will accept or request for an edit, just as with a regular Sorting, and when the character is accepted all you have to do is wait for someone to request to adopt them!
