i. All those who are full werewolf and turn into a wolf at the full moon each month must register their identity with the Ministry of Magic by November 1, 2003. Those who have been attacked by a werewolf and have not turned do not need to register as of this time. This information will be used to more easily determine who is culpable for any attacks and also to regulate the purchase of illegal or dangerous Wolfsbane. Any unregistered werewolf who is found after November 1, 2003 (unless they were turned after that date, in which case they have 2 months to register from the moment their turning is confirmed) will be arrested and tried accordingly.
ii. The consumption of any Muggle, Squib, Witch or Wizard is prohibited unless said person gives their consent. (Persons under age 17 cannot give their consent to be eaten). This applies to vampires, hags, werewolves, and so forth. Any being or beast that knowledgeably breaks this rule can be arrested and sentenced without trial.
iii. Ghosts, trolls and hags are not permitted to hold work positions unless they can pass a test to prove that they are capable of that position. If the test is passed, it is the owner of any workplace's discretion as to whether they are hired.
iv. Anyone with Veela blood greater than or equal to 1/4 must also register with the Ministry if they are of age (17 or older), for their safety. Their lineage and genetic percentage of Veela blood will be verified and recorded.
