Werewolves
i. All individuals known to be infected with lycanthropy are prohibited from possessing a wand or other magical conduit. Those already in possession of wands must immediately surrender their wand to the Creature Task Force at the Ministry of Magic for disposal.
ii. In the event assault by werewolf regardless of the lunar cycle, the witch or wizard must surrender their wand prior to discharge from the hospital for secure storage until the victim has been observed for two lunar cycles and is found to be free of lycanthropy infection
iii. Those who are found to be in or are aware of an illegal possession of a wand will be subjected to fines up to 1,000 galleons and/or three months imprisonment in Azkaban for the first offense. Second offenses carry a fine of up to 1,500 galleons and/or six months imprisonment in Azkaban. Third offenses are subject indefinite imprisonment in Azkaban
iv. Any werewolf who is found to have used magic against a witch or wizard is subject to indefinite imprisonment in Azkaban at the discretion of the Head of the Creature Task Force and the Minister for Magic. This includes but is not limited to charms, hexes, curses, transfiguration and potions.
Veela
i. Half Blooded Veela are prohibited for possessing a wand or other magical conduit. Those who currently carry a wand must surrender their wands immediately to The Creature Task Force at the Ministry of Magic for proper disposal. Quarter Veela may carry a wand at this time
ii. Full Blooded Veela are prohibited from using Veela magic except in cases of mortal danger.
iii. Those who violate the above restrictions are subject to fines of 1,000 galleons and/or three month imprisonment in Azkaban for the first violation. Second violations carry penalties of fines up to 1,500 galleons and/or six months imprisonment in Azkaban. Third offenses are subject to indefinite imprisonment in Azkaban.
