DESCRIPTION:Charlie is a girl of beauty. While her long, wavey brown hair and brown eyes are not unique, there is a special kind of beauty to them. She usually smiles shyly, and doesn't let her smile light all her features. When she is happy, it is shows all over her face and she can't stay still.   She is quite tall, being 5'8''. She is not thin, and feminine curves are beginning to appear on her body. Charlie is also quite clumsy, so bruises on various spots are not rare at all. To a stranger she would seem like an 




POSITIVE TRAITS: Nice, kind, strong minded, creative, honest, warm, more brave the scared, loves her dear ones like hell, has a beautiful voice.
NEGATIVE TRAITS: Clumsy, not fast to trust others, can't handle stress, horrible liar, underestimates herself, doesn't typically care for romance, but awkward when she does, prone to depression, afraid of losing people dear to her. 
LIKES: Charlie likes food, especially cake of all kinds, and is also an Art lover. Her favorite color would be Cyan. She likes being outdoors and hanging out with friends.
DISLIKES: Charlie hates heights. Whether it's the seventh floor of school or riding a broom, she prefers to keep her feet on the ground. Speaking of brooms, any kind of physical activity which requires hand-eye coordination in her enemy.
HOBBIES: Painting, simply exercise like running or swimming. She likes school as long she isn't stressed out by her classes.

GENERAL PERSONALITY: Think about an calm, good loving, good heartend person, and you will get Charlie. At first she takes a while to open up to others, but as soon as she does her friends get to experience her whole world, which is pure and evil-free. She will never refuse to help, and if someone is in danger she will be of the first to rush forward. At school, she is usually not the genius with straight O's, but she tries her best. The problem is that when she stresses out she functions poorly and takes a long time to relax. 

Her parents' relationship caused her to be wary of romance, and she often chooses to ignore that particular field. She also doesn't trust her father or any person she is not familiar with, and can be a tough shell to break. She has a phobia of not being frozen, due to witnessing her mother's death and not being able to help.

Other Family: Matilda Eliott, Grandmother on her mother's side, muggle, deceased. 

Character History: Henry and Elizabeth met each other as children in the village the grew up in, and became close friends, playing and hanging out almost everyday. When Henry turned 11 and his family realized he was a squib, Elizabeth was there for him and helped cheer him up as much as she could, but a year passed and Elizabeth did get her letter and went on to study at Hogwarts, and was sorted into Ravenclaw. The pair did all the could to stay in touch, and exchanged owls almost every day.  During that time, Henry was trying to figure out his life and went on to join a regular muggle school, and discovered he liked the muggle world more than the magical one which wouldn't accept him for being a squib.

He eventually graduated high-school with honors and was accepted into Oxford Law School without any trouble. Elizabeth, on the other hand was trying to pursue a career as an auror. The pair didn't start dating until 22, and at 23 moved in together, to a small house not far from Oxford. On some days, love bloomed and it was perfect, but on other days it was a nightmare. Their different worlds were tearing them apart, and it took each of them a whole lot of work to stay calm at their significant other's remarks. 

Charlie was born without the pair getting married when  Liza was 26 and Henry 27, much to to Henry's disapproval and showed early signs of magic. After a few years, with the Dark Lord's rise to power, the pair realized they had to hide themselves and their daughter, and moved a lot. This caused a lot of friction between the two and they eventually separated when Charlie was around 4 years old. Charlie stayed with Elizabeth, and Henry went on to live his life as muggle.

Charlie and her mother lived in hiding in Liza's mothers' house, which played out well for them until Charlie was 8 years old. On that day, she got angry at a local market and displayed a random act of magic, causing some snatches to pay attention to her mother. She realized it, when they got home cast a protection and freezing charm on her daughter to save her. The snatchers followed them home and tried arresting Elizabeth, and when she refused and fought back ended up killing her. They tried, but couldn't find Charlie. When Matilda, her grandmother, returned, she found Charlie lying over her mother's body.

She went on to raise the girl as a muggle, but died two years later of old age. The ministry contacted Henry, and he took her in. Henry was already living with his new wife Margaret, and her daughter. He was head of a law firm and the family led a good, stable life. Even though they were nice to her, Charlie always felt unwanted and was relieved to get her letter. At Hogwarts she felt more at home then she did at her father's, and also felt free to be the witch she is and try to step into her mother's shoes.

Charlie looked at her mother' and was unable to do anything before she felt her body stiffen and fall to the ground. There was a loud bang and the door flew open, revealing two fat brutes who wasted no time before busting in and firing spells at Elizabeth. She tried screaming, moving, crying but all in vain,her mother's magic was too strong for her. Horror mixed with pride filled the eight year old as she watched her mother fight the two. It seemed like years passed, but in a second of green flash everything was over. She didn't even felt the time pass by before she felt feeling coming back to her. Fingers first, then limbs and she was up. Charlie rushed to her mother, lying cold and motionless in the center of the room, not caring if the snatchers were still around. "Mommy..." A choked whisper escaped her lips before she burst into tears. She cried and cried until she couldn't anymore, and that's when a soft hand touched her back. She looked up to see Matilda holding her hands out, and rushed to her grandmother's arms. For a moment, everything felt normal...
