As scared as he was for this talk, Toby knew that if he didn’t show up he’d be in even more trouble. Well he wondered what could be worse than getting expelled. Because he assumed that was going to happen. He had offended the Ministry woman and had pointed his wand at her. This was the exact same action that made the orphanage sent him away, did the headmistress even know about that? It all happened before Tobias was even aware of what he was doing. The problem was that these types of outbursts happened more than just this one time. Tobias was insecure about almost everything, he was scared and frustrated with no control over his anger. He had not always been like this but from his first transformation on (which he still remembered and felt sick every time he thought of the fact that he’d killed his little brother) he’d changed. The year where he was kicked out of the house and went from door to door had made him who he was now. Animalistic almost. Hogwarts had helped him building his human side, he’d worked hard but for some reason there would always be slip ups and bumps in the road. He took the special entrance which one had to use a password for. The climb seemed like he was marching to his death sentence. When he reached the headmistress office he nervously rubbed his hands together. Toby was so not ready for this but he had no choice. He knew he deserved to be punished in whatever way. The boy said nothing he just looked from the ground to the headmistress with big blue eyes. Minerva McGonagall (I hope this is okay, if you dont feel like having this thread you can always pm me with his punishment)

Minerva sighed, dropping her hat on her desk and rubbing her fingers on her scalp, trying to remove the tension that was forming there. Despite the career day generally going off well, she was already having trouble with students who, one way or another, had an opinion on the creature legislation that the blasted Ministry had decided to drop on their heads. It was only going to get worse, she mused as she lowered herself into her chair gently (she'd have loved to flop into it, but her bones were not what they once were), leaning back into the seat with a sigh. She'd let not one, but three werewolves into her school this year, and now she was going to have to handle it.
She'd handle it, though. She always did. Today she had to deal with the most frightened werewolf student, and tomorrow she could start to deal with the rest. Smoothing her robes out over her lap, Minerva straightened at the knock on the door, summoning the boy in with a gentle voice. She understood he was scared, but she also had to make sure he understood to keep a rein on it. She could only do so much - he was going to have to meet her halfway.
The boy looked very nervous, repentant - calmer, now - and Minerva relaxed her severe features at the sight. "Mr. T-" she paused, remembering a faint mutter from the career hall, and sighed. "Mr. Tobias," Minerva amended, no less formal but tone calm. "Would you like to tell me precisely what happened?" She folded her hands in front of her, patient and calm.

McGonagall was calm, he hated it when he couldn’t predict what was going to happen by reading people’s emotions. But unlike him humans especially adults like the headmaster were better in keeping their emotions in check. He’d already drawn assumptions in his mind but didn’t dare to speak them. As he feared they would get confirmed. The headmaster told him to tell what happened, making Toby bite the inside of his mouth and damage the inside of his cheek. “I-...I shouldn’t have come, but-” I was curious maybe there was even be a job that I could do. He still hadn’t met McGonagall’s eyes he felt as if when he did, it’d be the end. After a pause he continued. “I didn’t know she would be there. When I saw her I knew I had to leave.” The boy bit his lip. “I thought she came to take us away.” With us he meant all the other werewolf students as well. Toby hadn’t looked for contact with the others as he didn’t want them to be written off as a pack by those who knew. “I hate her, because of her department people like me-” Tobias was trembling from fear. “I ran away because I knew I was going to get bad. She followed me, she touched me. She was going to hurt me,” his voice grew more squeaky with each sentence. Then he thought of what he’d said in panic, how angry the headmaster had been and what his punishment might be. Now the tears came. “I don’t want to leave Hogwarts,” he sobbed. “Please, don’t sent me back to the streets.”
