Hello Students,
My name is Professor Aje Odili. It is pronounced O-Dee-lee. Those who have trouble may refer to me as Professor O. In dueling the wizard or witch that is able to react to offensive spells quickly, calmly and efficiently will always have an edge. For our first assignment will be focusing on reacting defensively to an attack.

In dueling the wizard or witch that is able to react to offensive spells quickly, calmly and efficiently will always have an edge. For our first assignment will be focusing on reacting defensively to an attack.
Task: The students are to find a partner and stand facing eachother. One student will begin to levitate a feather and the other will aim a pillow and banish, throw or levitate it towards their partner. The feather levitating student must choose a spell to neutralize or deflect the projectile pillow and must react quickly enough that they can re-levitate the feather before it hits the ground. The same defensive spell cannot be used twice in a row and students below sixth year are not allowed to use shield charms unless special permission is obtained (with adequate reason as to why your character would know a shield charm before it is taught in school.) The students will then switch roles. Each student must have a pillow hurled at them three times to consider the task complete. Feel free to tag Aje for supervision or help if desired.
Bonus points: 10 points for finishing the assignment, five points for each additional pillow round.
