To say Donald was surprised when the spout of water hit him in his lap would be an understatement. He was totally shocked. He looked down in some alarm not exactly sure what Amy had hit him with until he noticed the wetness. He looked up with her in a mixture of shock, confusion and anger. The 13 year old was about to ask her exactly what did she think she was doing when she made her commented bout having an accident and being scared of hitting a girl.
It must had been his sister’s idea of revenge. Well, he wasn’t going to let her get away with it. ”AMYYY...” he whined in annoyance. ”....I am all wet now” He drew his wand and pointed it her. He thought she had forgiven him and, while this might have been revenge, it didn’t mean that it would be the end of the matter. Making him looked like he peed himself was too much. There had to be retaliation.
The third year wondered what spell would be most suitable for payback. It had to be something that would get her back but not something over the top and disproportionate to what she did to him. While he was perfectly okay with a ‘friendly’ due he did not want it to become a full-blown duel with all kinds of curses, hexes and jinxes being hurled at each other. ”Colloshoo” he shouted sticking Amy’s feet on the ground. ”Hope you like spending the night here Amy.” he said with a small smirk. ”Maybe that dead Gryffindor girl ghost can keep you company.” he added mockingly

Amy could not help but smirk at her brother’s whining over her prank. It was exactly the kind of reaction she had wanted from the boy. ”I know” she said in response to his all wet remark with her smirk morphing into a grin ”That is why I did it” she said with a sage nod of her head. ”Still maybe it was a miss aim. I am a girl after all” she could not help but rub it in this was her his sexist comments.
The 14 year old was expecting some kind of revenge spell from her brother but was taken aback that he choose to stick her shoes to the floor. The spell hit her and she tried to lift up her legs but found her shoes were stuck fast. Maybe she should disarm her brother? But then where could be the fun in that? All she would be doing is throwing hexes at a defenceless boy. At least this way if she gets caught hammering Don with jinxes she could claim self-defence.
The Gryffindor rolled her eyes at Donnie’s comment. ”Or I could take my shoes off.” she said ignoring his comment about the female Gryffindor ghost. ”Which is more than I can say for you....ORBIS” she casted the spell that would actually stick Donald to the ground ”And unlike me. I don’t think you can move. Still. I could get Peeves to keep you company. she added to her brother in a matter of fact tone. The Welsh lass was sure this would probably escalate into something out of hand but she was having too much fun at the moment.

So far this duel with his sister was pretty harmless and only a bit of fun but the 13 year old boy was willing to up the ante if needed. Donald smiled as his spell his sister but that soon disappeared when he pointed off she could take off her shoes ”Well....I guess...” he said with a small shrug. ”...if you want to walk around Hogwarts in your socks.”
He was about to ask what Amy meant by the more than I can say for you comment when she hit him with the Orbis spell. Donnie was stuck fast to the ground and couldn’t move at all He narrowed his eyes at his sister ”You better not” he said. The 3rd year boy dreaded to think what Peeves would do to a target that couldn’t escape.
His young mind raced for a spell to cast back at his sister. It had to be something that would show her that she was not as clever as she thought she was. There was no way that the Ravenclaw seeker would like his Gryffindor sibling get one over on him. Nope. He briefly considered the hair loss curse but that would almost certainly result in his slow and painful murder at the hands of his big sister. Without being able to flee he probably best not do that.
”Here let me help you out of your shoes.....LOCOMOTOR Wibbly” He casted the jelly leg curse at his sister. Maybe in retrospect that was not a good spell to cast on someone whose shoes were trapped on the ground....

If she was honest with herself she was enjoying this relatively friendly duel with her brother. Especially since she was confident that, as the slightly older and more experience of the siblings she would be able to kick his arse in the duel. That said Don was not too bad at the duelling himself. He was certainly keeping up with her and throwing a fair few interesting spells her way. The next spell Donnie used was the jelly leg curse. The spell his Amy and she felt her legs collapse from beneath her, however her feet where still trapped inside her shoes. Her worries about snapping her ankles from the spell came to nought though. Fortunately her ankles where jellfied as well. She still fell to the ground with a hard thud though. Tears welled up in her eyes from the painful fall. The fourth year tried to climb back to her feet but fell down hard agan. While the 14 year old was okay and suffered no serious injuries from the falls she was now mad at her brother now. It was time for no more Ms Nice Gal. She pointed her wand at the brother with intention of moving on from the mild jinxes to the more damaging hexes or even curses if it came to that. This was payback now. The Gryffindor shouted the Twitchy Ears hex at him. It seemed far turnabout for the jelly leg jinx after all. This was now starting to get more serious. ((OOC: btw Aje Odili I think the requirements to pass the class have been completed. Also a Professor might want to intervene soon before the Westwood children end up killing each other  )) |

What started off as a duelling assignment, he transformed into a friendly duel between siblings and now slowly starting to get of hand. It was starting to get serious. Donald knew it and he felt that his sister knew it as well. However both the Westwood siblings couldn’t let the other one win now. This was now only going to escalate until one of them got seriously hurt.
He did consider calling it quits but didn’t, firstly because he couldn’t flee thanks to his sister’s first curse and secondly the twitching ears hex increased the stakes. It was not something he would let her get away with. The third year Ravenclaw put his hands to his ears in a futile attempt to stop them twitching. It was very irritating and a bit distractiong. ”OH .....it is on now....” he said to his sister as he pointed his wand at her.
A few jinxes, hexes and even curses ran through his mind. He wanted to get revenge on her, he wanted to prove, now, that he was the superior dueller. He considered the hair loss curse, but again he felt that using that on his sister would probably provoke a horrific response for her. Besides the duel had not quiet gotten that extreme just yet.
After a bit of thinking he decided to go for one of the classics. It might be a spell that would irate his sister but maybe not to the extent that the hair loss curse would. Then again would it be worth it just to annoy her? If he could have fled he would have said yet. Being stuck here meant his sister could take her sweet time in taking revenge on him. He chickened out on his other idea as well and instead opted for the Leek Jinx. A smirk came on his face as leeks shot out of his sibling’s year. ”Very Welsh look there Amy. Well done” he taunted her.
