This is a message from the Minister for Magic to inform you that there have been a handful of rumors regarding your place of employment. There is reason to believe that a high number of people infected with lycanthropy are employed at this establishment and yet none have registered. This is a very gentle but firm reminder that all werewolves must submit to testing prior to being appointed a position of employment to determine the safety and ability for the Being in question to hold a position.
Further, if you're in knowledge of someone who is out of compliance with Ministry regulation and you do not come forward to report that person, whether it be friend, coworker or relative, you will be held accountable by the law for your negligence and subject to strict punishments including fines and prison terms.
If a werewolf is discovered to be employed at your establishment after November 1st and they are not on the registry and have not submitted to testing, The Three Broomsticks may be shut down for further investigation and all employees subject to interrogation.
