Medi-Wizards had to be able to depend on each other, given the often dangerous nature of the job. They were sometimes called to descend into the pits of hell, patch up the injured and pull them out to deliver them to the hospital in as good as or better condition than they found them in. It was a tough job, but he and his coworkers continually rose to call of duty, which had been ringing off the hook as of late. Every time there was a major incident in the wizarding world they were there, waging battle against death. All but one, he noticed.
Tristan and Theo had worked together for some time now. They were sort of just thrown together, two tall, handsome and intimidating men. They matched (more than he realized, as both were being slowly wrapped around the fingers of adorable but small counterparts) It wasn't always sunshine and roses, they were both stubborn and had a tendency to be hot headed, throw punches first and ask questions later but at the end of the day they would always have each other's back. Until recently. Theo took several days off of work, been acting strange.. maybe a bit jumpy and it all came to a head when there was an incident last week that Theo just didn't show up too.
That was the final straw. Tristan wanted answers and in a rare show of maturity he took a few days to clearly think out his course of action so he didn't go charging in and lose his temper. The tall blonde strode up the path to the man's house, hands shoved into the pockets of his jeans and the brim of his snapback pulled low. He knocked and stood, weight shifted onto one hip, waiting for the man to answer. Soon the handsome (but less handsome than his) face of Theo appeared at the door. He greeted Theo with a half grin and a "What's going on, mate? Where ya been? I haven't seen you around lately. They keep pairing me with Hobbs while you're slacking off. You owe me big for that."
