Needing a place to call your own? Here is where you can sign up to have a home or apartment created for you. Once your request has been approved, a Founder will create your home and move it into the play area for you.
The only requirement to have and/or keep a home is activity. To apply, you need to have a reason you will be using the home (it doesn't need to be an essay or even a detailed plot, but we'd like to know you'll actually be using it). To keep the home, you will need to keep using it. It's that simple. If a home goes 2 months without activity in it, even after administrative warnings, it will be removed. Once your home is removed, you cannot re-make it for 3 weeks. We will give you many warnings prior to house deletion so you can save your home!
Though there is no 'monetary' requirement to make a home, please be reasonable. Not everyone can have a mansion, nor will many people live in villas of cotton candy. Unreasonable home requests will be denied.

Type of home: House Location of home: Godric's Hollow Residents of home: Remus Lupin , Nymphadora Lupin, Teddy & Lily James Lupin Description of home: A very old, very well-loved and well-lived-in Victorian house off on the edges of town, at the end of a lonely side street. Dark worn wood throughout, both inside and outside. Lots of comfy, if overstuffed, furniture. Reminiscent of a certain Shrieking Shack. What it lacks in modernity it makes up for in old-school charm. A very reinforced cellar leads down from the kitchen. Residents of home:@crazywiz and may be her nieces,Daphne and Astoria in the future Description of home: Well it is a simple four bed room house built in Spanish style especially for Eleanor. When she was a child, her father built her this place, so it is pretty much different than the usual pureblood Manors. As she is the only person living the house is maintained by the elves. It has a guide open courtyard where the annual balls are held by her. The hall way at the start of the villa is totally dedicated to the portraits of her family. She has a greenhouse on the grounds where she herself grows plants, flowering and non flowering. The furniture is quite modern and is done in either rosewood or sometimes teak. The house follows a a color pattern which only has light and mild colors which appease one's eye. Floor plan: Plan What the home will be used for : It's mainly going to be used for having afternoon tea while thinking of ways to curb order. And sometimes the house can be used as an unofficial place of meeting for the wizengamot.

Name of residence: Avery Manor Type of home: mansion Location of home: Yorkshire, England Residents of home: Ashley Avery , Catherine Avery, @kallie , Mimi the house elf Description of home: Avery Manor was a large Muggle estate the Avery family seized for itself some generations ago. The sprawling grounds with their carefully manicured gardens create quite a first impression. And while the manor house itself may be on the smaller side as pureblood mansions go, the exquisite attention to detail both inside and out makes it every bit their magnificent equal. In its prime, it was a symbol of the extravagant wealth and power of the Avery family. But although most of the furnishings remain intact (minus the sale of a few more expensive items), most of the house rarely sees use anymore. The third floor in particular would be completely abandoned were it not for Kallie's explorations. Sometimes the large emptiness with its lack of visitors seems to dwarf the remaining inhabitants, making the enormous shell of a manor feel like a ghost of days long gone. But having a child running around the place certainly helps. Besides, at the end of the day, it's still their home. And in some ways, the lack of constant uppity company and the strict social expectations they brought with them has almost made it more of a home than it ever was before. Description of home:It's a small three bedroom cottage which has a beautiful porch surrounding it. It is a Ranch style house which is among the few properties the Malfoy family held. It is totally decked in the finest furniture and is in green and silver some times highlights are in black. The house may seem to be a little dark, but it has some warmth and light.

Name of residence: Glass Towers #18 Type of home: Apartment Location of home: Muggle London Residents of home: Addy Stark Description of home: The home is long and narrow, a bit small but comfortable. It just fits Addy and her dog Finn, and she has no intention of moving any time soon. It has big windows and light colours that make the space seem a bit less cramped, and is always full of nice smells from food and warm blankets to snuggle in, as well as various Puddlemere-themed items. The house is decorated with fine tastes, showing off many of D'Angelo's works as well as souvenirs from their travels. The house is counteracted from looking too pompous by the evidence always scattered about that three children live there. The place is usually found a mess unless Miss Masters comes around and forces her son to clean the place up. The place has been made homey throughout the years. With pictures of friends and family taped to the walls. The hall closet is overflowing with many books all of which had been read but have too much meaning to get rid of. There is the faint smell of cats due to the nine-year-old cat and kitten that live in the apartment too. The home has large windows to promote natural light and is professionally decorated in light shades of coral, green and blue. The motif is heavy on natural driftwood and sea glass accents. The home boasts a large, covered deck can be accessed from the master bedroom or living room where one can sit and listen to the waves or continue down the stairs to a quiet, private beach. Name of residence: Rock Palace Type of home: Apartment Location of home: 27B Knockturn Alley first floor (across the White Wyvern) Residents of home: @julia5 and Whiskey the Cat Description of home: When one climbs the stairs and makes it past the ground floor apartment when the complaining landlady lives. One reaches 27B also known as Rock Palace. The place actually was cozy and colorful. One wall is full of graffiti. Another hangs full with posters of rock and punk bands both muggle and wizarding. The other walls are plain red, most of those has a clock and other regular stuff and on one hangs Bran’s guitar collection. It has four small rooms. A small kitchen, a living room where the dining table is squeezed in the back and a shower with toilet. Then there is the bedroom which only has place for a queen size bed and a closet. The bed is unmade and around it are often several empty bottles to be found. The place is messy, there are a lot of clothing pieces just laying around. Boxes and empty food packages are no rarity either. In the middle are couches and chairs made into a square with a table in the middle. This is the chilling spot. Somewhere in the back was a drum set, his most used electrical guitar and bass guitar and some recording stuff. The last notable item in the room is a cd player with giant speakers. To give the other people living in Knockturn a chance to sleep there is a permanent silencing charm put on this appartment. Just in case Bran decides to hold a jamming session all night long. There is also a small balcony which he uses to smoke on so the building doesn’t smell. However the balcony is old and not quite stable so more than four people standing on it could lead into a disaster.
